The concept for Bakeria 1010 was simple, yet different: Create a bakery/pizzeria focusing solely on sourcing the highest quality ingredients available using the ancient methods of baking. We naturally ferment our dough using a starter culture sourced from Naples, Italy. The long slow fermentation results in a light yet crispy product
Our toppings are part of an active menu using only in season ingredients when available. We work with the highest quality charcuterie and seasonal vegetables in order to provide you the freshest ingredients daily. Specialty toppings will vary seasonally.
Our other fares include handmade baguettes, paninis, specialty breads, pariginas and other Neapolitan bites not found in America. Handmade desserts and sweet Italian bites will be changing seasonally.
